Cougar Aquatics Families,
The COUG Winter Open is next weekend January 31 to February 1. We need your help to make the meet a success!
The meet is split into two sessions 12 and under and 13 and over. Each volunteer slot you sign up for would work towards your volunteer hours. We are happy to have athletes help even if they are not participating in the meet or in another session. They can sign up to help in the hospitality room, be a runner and for our 13 and over athletes they can sign up to time. I will update the times of the volunteer roles when I have the final timeline for the meet. That should be early next week!
Are biggest need for volunteers are for the: Male Meet Marshal (all sessions), Female Meet Marshal (afternoon sessions), Head Timer (Sunday afternoon session), Runner (afternoon sessions) and Hospitality Host (all sessions). We are asking all meet marshals to complete the athlete protection training through USA Swimming. You would receive volunteer hours for this training. Meet Marshals will get a parking pass/paid parking for each session they sign up for.
Here are instructions on how to sign up for a volunteer role:

Thank you for contributing to the success of the meet,
Priscilla
